Sebuah jaket berlumur darah
Kami semua telah menatapmu
Telah pergi duka yang agung
Dalam kepedihan bertahun-tahun.
Sebuah sungai membatasi kita
Di bawah terik matahari Jakarta
Antara kebebasan dan penindasan
Berlapis senjata dan sangkur baja
Akan mundurkah kita sekarang
Seraya mengucapkan ’Selamat tinggal perjuangan’
Berikara setia kepada tirani
Dan mengenakan baju kebesaran sang pelayan?.
Spanduk kumal itu, ya spanduk itu
Kami semua telah menatapmu
Dan di atas bangunan-bangunan
Menunduk bendera setengah tiang.
Pesan itu telah sampai kemana-mana
Melalui kendaraan yang melintas
Abang-abang beca, kuli-kuli pelabuhan
Teriakan-teriakan di atas bis kota, pawai-pawai perkasa
Prosesi jenazah ke pemakaman
Mereka berkata
Semuanya berkata
Lanjutkan Perjuangan.

Haloo guys, kali ini saya akan update tentang biografi lagi nih. Kalian mungkin saja tak asing lagi dengan tokoh ini. Beliau adalah pencari tiang saat detik detik akan adanya pembacaan proklamasi Indonesia di rumah Soekarno. Let's check it Out !! Salah satu momen penting peristiwa proklamasi kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia 17 Agustus 1945, selain pembacaan proklamasi adalah penggibaran bendera merah putih.
