Sejenis makanan khas yang banyak diminati. Terbuat dari kupat dan irisan tahu maupun dages yang dibalut dengan adonan tepung yang gurih jika digoreng. Makanan yang cocok disajikan dalam kondisi dingin jika kampel masih terasa panas. Gurihnya semakin menjadi saat dipadukan dengan sambal hijau untuk dicolek maupun ditambah diantara kupat dan irisan tahu atau dages tadi.

Makanan yang berasal dari ampas tahu ini menjadi salah satu makanan khas daerah Ajibarang. Makanan ini cocok dimakan saat masih hangat. Bentuknya yang bulat dan kecil memudahkan kita memakannya meski dalam porsi yang lumayan banyak. Makanan ini gurih, karena berasal dari bahan-bahan Seperti irisan daun bawang, sledri, lada, garam dan penyedap yang dicampur dengan adonan ampas tahu.

Sejenis sayur urap, dan hamir sama dengan sayur urap. Terbuat dari sayur yang direbus kemudian dicampur dengan parutan kelapa yang telah dibumbui dan diberi sambel. Bedanya adalah pada pengolahan parutan kelapa. Kalau urap, dimasak terlebih dahulu, kalau Kluban langsung dicampur dengan sayur. Dan rasanya juga tidak kalah dengan sayur urap biasa.
